The Mustard story begins with an unlikely couple chosen for an unusual job. Manoj & Lincy, were once settled in Dubai with their one-year-old daughter, busy in their rewarding corporate careers when God placed the Mustard dream on their hearts, changing their lives forever and embarking them on a journey they have never been on! With over 4 decades of corporate experience in both operational and leadership roles, they were familiar with challenges and the thrill of accomplishing – Manoj in Senior Management roles with Tech giants and the Finance Industry; Lincy in the chain of Luxury Hotels Industry as GM.
Trusting Him, they together took their leap of faith leaving the familiar comforts behind and making a U-turn towards Manoj’s hometown – Bangalore, with the vision to reach out to the young adults of the city and the burgeoning cosmopolitan culture and develop them into Christ-centred communities.
The Mustard seed was hence sown in 2011, in Bangalore- India, with the clear mandate to RESTORE, REBUILD & RENEW relationships, lives and people; with a special focus on teens, working professionals and marriages.
